This is the first time that the CIEP will accept papers electronically, so please follow the instructions carefully.

Remember that the deadline to upload the final version of the paper is July 15, 2004.

Instruction for final submission

The authors should enter to electronic submission section to upload the final version of the paper. This online database allows authors to submit data; the last paper loaded until the deadline will be considered as the final paper, so the authors can return and make changes.

The paper should be submitted only in PDF format, only six body paper will be accepted. An extra page will have an extra cost. In order to consider your paper for the final program one full registration must be made at July 15, this can be made through the registration section. Multiple papers can be registered with the same registration, but an extra charge at the registration will be considered.
