Registration Information.

A full registration fee includes: plenary, poster and oral sessions, one copy of the proceedings on CD ROM (complete papers), a proceeding comprising all abstracts (not the complete paper), break refreshments, welcome reception and gala dinner.
A student registration fee does not include the gala dinner.
The registration fees do not include: a hard copy of the proceedings, tutorials, transportation expenses and hotel accommodations.

Registration Fees:

All CIEP’04 authors must register and pay one full registration fee (not student fee) for a paper. If an author has more than one paper, an additional fee has to be paid for each additional paper considered with the same registration (150USD has to be paid for each additional paper).

Since CIEP04 (IEEE) is jointly organised with SOMEP, members are either IEEE or SOMEP members.

Cancellation/Refund:

Cancellation before September 1th 50% refund
Otherwise no refund

Registration Opening:

Registration is open. No phone registrations will be accepted. You can pay by international bank transfer or credit card. If paying by bank transfer you must include your name on the transfer and enclose a copy of the transfer with your registration form. Conference registration cannot be confirmed until payment is received.

Advance Registration:

Author registration fees must be received together with the final paper, and also upload the final paper in pdf format. Non-authors must register by August 15, 2004 to qualify for advance registration fees. Registrations received after that date will be processed at the on-site-rate.

Important.

For some countries the foreings are required to obtain a visa in order to enter to MEXICO, please consult the nearest embassy to obtain your visa if you requiered it. If you need an invitation letter for that, please do not doubt to contact us.
